We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you have received faulty or damaged items, please contact Global Controls Direct via www.globalcontrolsdirect.com.au/contact-us with-in 2 days of receipt off faulty or damaged goods, including providing pictures of the damaged item. Once your request is verified, we will provide details for where you may return it to us within 7 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange and on receipt we will process you credit which may take up to 30 days to receive.
