ENCLOSURE BODY:

Extended description: The Enclosure body is made from galvanised steel sheet (1.2mm-1.5mm). The Flat face sealing surfaces is provided to prolong seal life. The enclosures comes with a pre-fitted blind nutserts which has been incorporated to into the enclosure to enable mounting and accessory fastenings to eliminate drilling and retain IP rating. Integral device plate mounts have been provided within the enclosures as well as M6 earth studs are included in the enclosure. A galvanised steel gland plate has been incorporated into the bottom of enclosure for efficient and easy cable connection.

ENCLOSURE DOOR:

The surface mounted door is constructed using 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet and comes with a concealed removable hinge along with captive pins. The door is designed to have a 110° opening. Each door comes with cable management rails, a M6 earth stud as well as a high quality foamed applied by machine in place (FIP) Polyurethane seal. Two internal cable management rails that can be removed to provide extra space if required for equipment and components.

ENCLOSURE SEAL:

The enclosure come with high quality foam applied by machine with a full perimeter UL listed Polyurethane seal foamed in place (FIP), provides you with a excellent seal over, that is built in and designed to last over a extended period of time . Temperature resistance is between -40°C to 80°C (160°C short term loading).

ENCLOSURE LOCK:

The Chrome lock is a 5mm double bit, quarter turn insert lock key.

DEVICE MOUNTING PLATE:

The device mounting plate is 2mm galvanised steel sheet. Which has been pressed to give strength to the plate. It comes pre-fitted into the enclosure as standard.

GLAND PLATE:

The gland plates has been incorporated into the bottom of the enclosure for easy and efficient cable management. The gaskets and fasteners are include in the purchase of enclosure. 

SURFACE TREATMENT:

The enclosures has been powered coated with UL approved epoxy polyester powder-coating which has a textured finish of 80-120 micron on a average thickness.
